Emile had a storied professional career before turning to coaching youth soccer. He earned 113 caps playing for the Cameroon National Team, and was captain from 1985-1988. Throughout his professional career, he played in France (le Havre), Portugal (Vittoria Guimaraes), Saudi Arabia (El Effifaq), and China, and was a starter for Cameroon in both the 1990 and 1994 World Cups. Emile began coaching youth in 2001, when he arrived in the U.S.  He coached at Bethesda Soccer Club, before establishing The Lions Soccer in 2008.  In addition to heading The Lions Soccer, Emile is the Assistant Coach for the Howard University Men's Soccer Team.
